These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and P1Pippin Productions in connection with the use of this website www.p1pippinproductions.com.  By visiting or using the Site, you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.  We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

  •     Tickets to Events. By purchasing a ticket online to “A Day in Moscow/A Night in Ukraine, you agree to verify that all information regarding the ticket, including date, time and seats, is accurate.

  • Refunds may be requested through p1pippin@optonline.net.

 

  • Prohibitions. When using the Site, you shall not:

    • launch an automated program or script, including, but not limited to, web spiders, web crawlers, web robots, web ants, web indexers, bots, viruses or worms, or any program that may make multiple server requests per second, or unduly burdens or hinders the operation and/or performance of the Site;

    • send spam or otherwise duplicative or unsolicited messages to any email associated with the Site;

    • send or store infringing, obscene, threatening, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, including material harmful to children or violative of third-party privacy rights;

    • send or store material containing software viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful computer code, files, scripts, agents or programs;

    • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or the data contained therein; or

    • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its related systems or networks.

We respect copyright law and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to terminate inappropriate circumstances Users or other account holders who repeatedly infringe or are believed to be repeatedly infringing the rights of copyright holders.
